Refund policy
We aim to ensure all customers of Kae Vide love our garments, on the occasion that this is not the case, we are happy to accept returns, with the following conditions:

We must be notified within 14 days from the date of receiving your order

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and with all product tags still on. Please take care when trying on garments, products returned showing damages or stains may not be accepted.

Items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the returns location and we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for any returns lost in the post.

If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred by returns.

We cannot accept returns from any products purchased outside of the Kae Vide website from a third-party seller. You will need to get in touch with them directly.
After receiving the returned product, we aim to review your return within 7 business days and, if approved, send the refund within 5 business days.
