  • What is your returns policy?
    We aim to ensure all customers of Kae Vide love our garments, on the occasion that this is not the case, we are happy to accept returns, with the following conditions: We must be notified within 14 days from the date of receiving your order Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and with all product tags still on. Please take care when trying on garments, products returned showing damages or stains may not be accepted. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the returns location and we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for any returns lost in the post. If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred by returns. We cannot accept returns from any products purchased outside of the Kae Vide website from a third-party seller. You will need to get in touch with them directly. After receiving the returned product, we aim to review your return within 7 business days and, if approved, send the refund within 2 business days.
  • What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to accept exchanges, with the following conditions: We must be notified within 14 days from the date of receiving your order Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and with all product tags still on. Please take care when trying on garments, products returned showing damages or stains may not be accepted. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the returns location and we cannot cover the cost of return postage.   • What are your payment options?
    We accept all major card issuers and PayPal at our checkout. Payments are made securely through Wix payments.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    UK Next-Day Deliveries made before 4pm will be sent out the same day and arrive the next. Please allow up to 3 business days to pass before informing us of a later Next Day Delivery order. UK Standard Deliveries made before 4pm will be sent out the same day and will arrive within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days to pass before informing us of a late Standard Delivery order. International Deliveries made before 4pm will be sent out the same day and will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks to pass before informing us of a late International Delivery order. Times can vary substantially due to shipping distances. We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders that have been placed with inconsistent information without notice and to delay dispatching until the customer has confirmed a correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. Customers have full responsibility for providing the correct information for their order. Please note we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc, this is unfortunately out of our control and in the event of we can not offer refunds on shipping charges.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Kae Vidé does delivers internationally. Orders placed before made before 4pm (UTC+01:00 Time) will be sent out the same day (Monday-Friday, otherwise on the next business Day). Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday or business day following a public holiday. Please be advised that for countries outside the UK, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be responsible for. Tax for international shipments are calculated automatically in our checkout for your location, our products include tax charges. We do not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions as these are out of our control. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless we are responsible for the error. In certain circumstances, we may use alternate couriers such as UPS / DHL / FedEx / or other.
  • When will Customer Services get back to me?
    We aim to respond within 1 business day but as we are a small team it could be up to 3 business days especially during busy periods; we appreciate your patience.
